Experience
Over the past 20 years Nicola has worked with a wide range of organisations in Southern Africa, the United States, Australia and China. Her work has focused on sustainability strategy, integrated systems design, auditing (she is accredited to ISO 14001) and learning processes.
She is a visiting lecturer in sustainability and leadership at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and the Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership. Her lectures explore the fields of complexity, organisational change and personal transformation.
By joining Incite in 2005 she ended a five year personal retreat from the corporate world facilitated by teachers in Southern African spiritual traditions. Based on this experience, she co-founded the Raindance Network that draws on traditional ideas to address contemporary sustainability challenges.
At Incite Nicola is a sustainability strategist, facilitator and key contributor to a pioneering approach to sustainability. An experienced coach, she works with both executives and practitioners.
