Integration of traditional African perspectives on sustainability. Previous experienceNicola has 15 years of experience consulting for corporate clients in Southern African, Australia and China. She has provided services in sustainability strategy, industrial impact assessment, integrated systems design, auditing (she is an accredited ISO 14001 auditor), training development and facilitation. She is Senior Associate of the Cambridge University Programme for Industry, visiting lecturer at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and co-founder of The Raindance Network which engages African wisdom to encourage balance and integrity in organisation. A deep experience in the Kimberley Mountains while consulting in Australia initiated a five year personal retreat from the corporate world, facilitated by teachers in African spiritual traditions. On her return in 2005, she developed the concept of sustainability and resilience coaching, informed by her own transformative experience. Education1992-1994: MSc. Other passionsA graduate of the Ngonyama School for Traditional Healers, Nicola is an innovative thinker at the interface between traditional African knowledge ond contemporary systems theory.
