Our Team
Jonathon Hanks is a founding partner of Incite. He has extensive practical experience globally in corporate sustainability strategy, policy development, auditing, stakeholder engagement and reporting. He chaired the international drafting team and the associated negotiations for the ISO global standard on social responsibility (ISO 26000), is a member of working groups to the South African and International Integrated Reporting Committees, and lectures widely on corporate sustainability strategy.
Nicola Robins is a founding partner of Incite. Her academic training, teaching experience and extensive experience in industrial environmental management provide a strong practical basis for her facilitation, coaching and advisory work. Her present work focuses on areas of integration between management theory, traditional African knowledge and contemporary systems thinking, exploring their relevance to the challenge of meaningful change.
Toni Bold keeps a bird’s eye view of Incite’s internal operations and is responsible for financial and project management. She also plays an integrative role, ensuring an effective and easy interplay between the management systems of the business and the team of wonderful people who use them.
Lauren Hermanus is a researcher, strategy consultant and sustainability report writer and at Incite. She has a particular interest in systems and systems thinking, and has recently completed her MA thesis which focused on complexity theory and ethics.
Our Associate Consultants
In addition to our team members, we have access to a core of associate consultants who provide advisory services for Incite as required.

Katya Soggot is a freelance researcher and sustainability report writer who has been involved with Incite’s corporate sustainability advisory activities since Incite’s inception six years ago. She has worked for Incite with companies in the telecommunications, financial, retail and petrochemical sectors in South Africa and elsewhere in Africa. She also undertakes her own independent research and advisory work for clients in South Africa and the UK.
Sonja Niederhumer is a freelance facilitator and graphic harvester in the sustainability space. She was previously a researcher, sustainability report writer and strategy consultant at Incite. Prior to this she completed her Masters degree in Sweden in which she focused on strategic leadership towards sustainability.
Amanda Dinan is a freelance contributor in the financial services, and environmental sectors. She has extensive experience in town and regional planning, environmental management and impact assessment work. Her work in the financial sector has focused on risk management, shareholder communication, climate change, shareholder value and the energy sector. She has an honours degree from UCT, co-majoring in Resource Economics and Environmental Science.
