Jonathon Hanks, Founding Partner

A founding partner of Incite Sustainability, Jonathon has extensive practical experience in corporate sustainability strategy, policy development, auditing, stakeholder engagement and reporting. He teaches corporate sustainability strategy to MBAs and Executives, and is the Convenor of the international drafting team responsible for drafting the ISO global standard on social responsibility (ISO 26000).

Nicola Robins, Founding Partner

Nicola is a founding partner of Incite Sustainability. Her academic training, teaching experience and extensive experience in industrial environmental management provide a strong practical basis for her facilitation, coaching and advisory work. Her present work focuses on areas of integration between management theory, traditional African knowledge and contemporary systems thinking, exploring their relevance to the challenge of meaningful change.

Toni Bold, Associate

Toni has varied experience in management and training in the business world, and in the scientific research environment. At Incite Sustainability her principal role is project and financial management. She also contributes to the company’s research, marketing and communications activities.

Anthony Dane, Researcher

Anthony recently joined Incite Sustainability as a researcher, providing assistance across a broad range of sustainability issues. Anthony has experience in sustainable development reporting and socio-economic impact assessment as well as exposure to all aspects of sustainable development in the mining industry.

Monica Graaff, Associate

Monica's experience working on sustainability issues includes writing, publishing and editing; brand management and marketing; research and analysis; stakeholder dialogue; project management; exhibition and event planning and execution; conference design and planning; tourism development; advising local government; press strategy and liaison; teaching and lecturing; and understanding of parliamentary processes.

David Le Page, Associate

David began collaborating on Incite projects at the beginning of 2008, focusing on sustainability report writing and editing. He has extensive experience as a journalist and editor, working in a variety of fields, including environmental journalism.

Mpumelelo Ncwadi, Associate

Mpumelelo has gained experience in a range of fields including environmental engineering, development planning, environmental management and corporate sustainability, predominantly in the mining and petrochemical sectors. He has been  consulted on public  sector projects, and by South African governments on sustainability strategy and initiatives. Mpumelelo has also undertaken various research projects and stakeholder engagement processes. 

Tamara Richards, Associate

Tamara has recently focused on researching and writing sustainability reports in the mining, financial and telecommunications sectors, bringing her international sustainable business experience to South Africa. She previously worked on three continents, primarily in the non-profit sector. Tamara has experience in research and analysis of international CSR trend, and strategic sustainability communications.

Katya Soggot, Associate

Katya has over the last four years provided advice on and authored sustainable development reports for various clients including Pick n Pay and Bidvest. Her other focus areas are stakeholder engagement and benchmarking.

Vera von Lieres, Associate

Vera has many years of experience as a writer in the financial services area. Her current focus areas are sustainability reporting, project management and stakeholder engagement.
