Incite was founded in 2005 on the belief that companies can grow their business and brands by addressing society’s biggest challenges. We work in emerging markets across the world, with a focus on companies based or interested in Africa.
Our advisory and coaching services introduce a powerful shared value lens, helping our clients to achieve their aspirations in strategy and performance, reporting and stakeholder engagement, innovation, and organisational learning.
We engage and exchange with leading thinkers through our affiliation to the global Shared Value Initiative and ongoing work with organisations such as the GRI, the Initiative for Global Development, the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), ISO, the CDP and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
Our clients are primarily listed corporations across all sectors. We have worked with more than 40 of the Top 100 companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, as well as with leading companies elsewhere in Africa, the Middle East and SE Asia. We also work with private firms, government, international organisations and non-profit organisations.
Co-founders Jonathon Hanks and Nicola Robins are based in Cape Town. We have seven local and international associates, and our partnership network operates out of London, Lagos, Manila, Melbourne, Geneva and Beirut.
