1 February 2012 - The IFC’s Global Corporate Governance Forum today published a Private Sector Opinion featuring an article by Jonathon Hanks and Louise Gardiner, with a Foreword by Mervyn King, that examines one of the more significant recent governance trends: the global shift to integrated reporting. Drawing on insights and experience gained in advising some of South Africa’s top companies, the article offers historical background and practical guidance for company directors and executives as they approach this relatively new way of communicating with stakeholders.
